[1]1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this portfolio and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between Mushfiqur ('Engineer') and the Client.

[2]2. Scope of IT Services

Services provided include DNS management, infrastructure audits, and remote IT support. All advice provided is based on technical best practices. However, clients are responsible for maintaining backups before any major migrations or infrastructure changes are implemented.

[3]3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all code snippets, technical documentation templates, and portfolio content are the intellectual property of the Engineer. Clients receive a license to use deliverables specifically created for their project but may not redistribute original templates without permission.

[4]4. Professional Liability

While I strive for 100% uptime and security in all migrations, the Engineer shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party provider outages (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, or Domain Registrars).

[5]5. Termination of Use

As stated in our cookie notice, if you do not agree with the tracking or operational terms of this website, your sole remedy is to cease using the website immediately.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international IT standards and the laws of the jurisdiction where the Engineer operates.
